Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement with 975

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 975 ("975", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 975 website at 975.ad and all associated services including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slots, the VIP programme and any promotional or bonus offers.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit in PKR or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 975 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your overall agreement with 975. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and other documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To register and use a 975 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 975 does not permit under-18s to register, deposit or bet under any circumstances.
• You must be using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts or accounts operated by a third party on your behalf are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on 975.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list that you yourself have applied for through the platform's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

975 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Age verification is a mandatory step and cannot be bypassed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 975 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address or any other variation — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. 975 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 975 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account, but we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Account information, including your registered name, date of birth and national identity details, cannot be changed once verified. If you believe there is an error in your registered details, contact support with supporting documents before any verification is completed.

All deposits on 975 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made through supported payment methods. Supported deposit channels include:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer; processing times may vary

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 975 does not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to a third party — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits made in error or by the wrong person should be reported to support immediately. 975 is not responsible for funds transferred to an incorrect account number or mobile wallet due to player error.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and cannot be waived. Where your original deposit method is no longer available, you will be required to provide an alternative verified payment method registered in your own name.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified, including age verification and identity confirmation.
• Any active bonus funds must be either completed (wagering requirements met) or forfeited — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after any bonus amounts are separated.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request. VIP players at higher tiers benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and faster processing times as part of their tier benefits.

975 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This process will be completed as promptly as possible and you will be notified of any documentation required.

975 Sports covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests), Football, Esports and 30-plus additional sports disciplines. All bets are placed in PKR and settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body or recognised official source.

Key betting rules include:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled kick-off or start time of the event. Any pre-match bet placed after the event has started may be voided at 975's discretion.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the current market being open. Odds displayed during live betting are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed and a Bet ID is issued.
• Bet limits apply per selection and per event. Maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) combining multiple selections are permitted. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out; a single void selection will result in the accumulator being recalculated excluding that leg.
• Abandoned events: if an event is abandoned before the relevant market's official completion point, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Cricket-specific rules apply where matches are reduced in overs — D/L method or equivalent revised target rules will be used where applicable.

975 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts or refuse bets from any player at any time, without being required to provide a reason. This includes situations where betting patterns suggest abuse of promotions, arbitrage or use of any automated betting tools.

975 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time each offer is issued, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

General bonus rules applicable to all 975 promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have fully verified their account and are in good standing.
• Each bonus is restricted to one use per player, household and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the required number of times before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: Sports Betting bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; Casino table game bets may contribute a lower percentage; some games may contribute 0% — check individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not withdrawn within the stated validity window will be removed from your account automatically.
• 975 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse, abuse or violation of these Terms.

The 975 Casino section includes Live Casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others) and a Slots library of hundreds of titles. All Casino and Slots games are provided in PKR and are governed by the same account and payment rules that apply to the rest of the platform.

Game outcomes in Slots are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live Casino results are determined by the live dealer game process in real time. 975 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are final once confirmed by the game system.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for Slots titles are set by the game provider and are displayed within the individual game information panel where available. RTP is a theoretical long-run average and does not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

Maximum bet limits apply in Casino games and may be lower for players who hold active casino bonuses. Attempting to circumvent bet limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 975 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and winnings, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, manage an account or interact with the platform without human input.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets specifically to exploit differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome or odds of any event or game.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in a way that is intended to launder money or conduct any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 975 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

975 monitors account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 975 will take immediate action including account suspension, bet voiding and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

975 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

975 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from interruptions to platform availability during live betting events.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Losses resulting from incorrect betting decisions made by the player.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the relevant disputed transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

975 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process payments in PKR, verify your identity and improve the platform experience.

975 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and Easypaisa) and identity verification services as necessary to operate the platform and fulfil legal obligations.

You may close your 975 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any outstanding bets will be settled according to normal rules and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.

975 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10 is identified.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period without any balance remaining.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to the player, to 975 or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by 975 due to a terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 975's discretion depending on the nature of the violation.

975 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, new product features, payment method additions or other operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their account email address.

Your continued use of the 975 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
